Meet the Quinns
Our family first came to Lake of the Ozarks in 2020 hoping to find an ideal lake home for family vacations and boating enjoyment. We were familiar with the area from childhood experiences; but after our first trip and seeing all the lake had become; we were in love with all it had to offer – from the big open water of the main channel, to the huge coves larger than the lakes in our state, and the amazing dining and tourism offerings. We purchased our first lake home in 2020 and began the search for a property management company.
What we found at the lake were very high rates, services that were less than we expected, and very limited use of technology. Our immediate decision was “We could do this”, and began diving into Vacation Rental Management for our personal property. Along the way, it was so clear that this journey was the perfect fit for our family not only because we had over 25 years of experience in real estate, investing, rentals, and property management; but because our combined professional experience spanned customer service, general contracting, business development, and experience design. And our family loved the lake – what a perfect reason to move!

LakeDays.Rentals began in March of 2021. We went through that season with two total properties evaluating technology, systems, and how to best serve guests. In fact, that season helped us learn how to stand apart. The technology was a great support for guests in communication, smart home access, and guidebooks/guest information. We understood what it meant to connect with our guests, know why they were visiting the lake, and provide personalized recommendations – even concierge level services. It also gave us an understanding at a small scale of what hospitality truly means from services, to supplies, and responding to questions along the way.
In two years LakeDays.Rentals has grown to over 120 properties throughout the lake. In addition to our commitment to service, hospitality, and the use of technology to create an exceptional guest experience; we believe our diverse listings also make us stand out. Rather than focusing on an area or a style of home, we have taken in properties from a studio cabin to condos and then large estates accommodating over 30 guests. Our guests appreciate the LakeDays.Rentals experience and can continue to have that whether coming as a couple, friends group, small family, or extended family reunion. They can find the experience we provide throughout all areas of the lake, from the main channel to the more remote branches. This is truly a unique offering – allowing our guests to continue to experience the lake in different ways – still knowing what to expect in their service, cleanliness, and supplies.

Partnering with Casago was a natural decision. We are always looking for ways to offer “more” to our guests, our owners, and the lake community. Casago is that “more” in many regards. One focus of Casago is to be “LOCAL” and this has been a commitment of LakeDays.Rentals since inception. We joined our first Chamber within a month of launching and continued to join all lake area Chambers, serve on the local board of directors, and join business networks to better connect and serve at the lake. Along the way, we have also joined in the fun aspects of the community from business expos to parades; and we have been impressed with the number of committed local businesses here. Our team embraces this intention and each member is empowered to find new opportunities to connect in the community.
